Bach Flower Remedies

Bach Flower Remedies were developed by Dr. Edward Bach around eighty years ago.

Dr. Bach was a prominent physician and he decided to leave his practice and focus on homeopathy. He left London and began researching plant essences and their effect on humans.

He isolated and classified 38 flowers from which he extracted 38 essences with which he succeeded in healing patients' ailments, whilst taking into account their individual emotional states. Dr. Bach found that certain flower essences led to self-healing, as they purified the patient of negative elements that aversely affected their health.

Bach Flower remedies are completely safe for use by anyone, including children and animals. They are natural, non-toxic, and non-habit-forming. Treatment with Bach Flowers can be combined with other homeopathic or conventional treatments. While it is unusual for Bach Flowers to be used for physical symptoms, it is possible that through their use, the body will heal itself of symptoms as the client reaches a better balanced mental and emotional state.

Bach Flower essences aid in changing negative emotions and eliminating defective traits or attitudes in such a way as to lead to the patient's peace of mind and contentment. Use of the essences aids in coping with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, fear, guilt, worry, and many other negative feelings. The essences can help us to improve our emotional and mental state, thus balancing the body and the mind.

Consultations are available for both people and animals. A full case study will need to be taken and a veterinary referral will be needed for animal treatment. This is usually as easy as just giving your vet a quick call and asking for the relevant permission for your animal to be treated.

Often clearing negative emotional states are about 'peeling the onion'. Meaning that once the primary negative emotions have been cleared, secondary and less prominent emotions come to light. But usually improvement will be seen after the first treatment.

This service is available for both animals and people

Initial Consultations including a remedy bottle are £45 (UK ONLY). Due to the nature of emotions it can be a little like ‘skinning an onion’. Therefore, sometimes follow up consultations and a new bottle are need once another emotional states make itself known. Follow up consultations, including the remedy bottle are priced at £30.
