Description


Getting to the heart of issues with your pet and horse through means of a direct link. Anything can be asked about. Do you have concerns about behaviour, health, lameness? Or have you noticed a change that you can't quite put your finger on? 

Is there something that you need to know or are struggling to work out?

The fee is per animal unless you book a multiple pet appointment. Please allow just over an hour for this appointment case it slightly overruns. 

Appointments are carried out by telephone for mainland UK clients and by Zoom or  WhatsApp for international clients.

In the event of an emergency, your vet should always be your first port of call. However, if you do need help in an emergency, please telephone me so that there is no delay in responding to your request. Please be aware that in the event of an emergency, I may not always be immediately available, but I will do my best to help as soon as I am able. 

My aim is to respond to your request for an appointment as soon as possible.

Appointment dates and times are allocated on a first come first served basis unless an emergency is involved.

Once your appointment  slot has been allocated, a payment link and / or BACS details will be sent out to you. The appointment slot is then held for 24 hours to give you time to make the payment. If payment is not made by this time, it may regrettably be the case that your appointment will have to be reallocated.

Booking Requirements

Each booking is reserved for one individual client, which can be either a human or an animal.

Discounts

Any discounts ‘offered’ are 'totally' at the discretion of Centaur Therapies and will not automatically be applied to future bookings.

Payment

Upon agreeing to an appointment time, BACS details and / or a payment link will be sent to you.
Your appointment slot will be reserved for 24 hours to allow time for payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be reallocated. You may also opt to pay by Paypal, but please be aware that there will be an additional fee is £4.00 (£8.00 for a 2 animals session, or £12.00 for a 3 animal session) added in order to cover Paypal fees.

Cancellation Policy


We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
When cancelling an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice whenever possible.

If we are able to reallocate your appointment, your full fee will be refunded.
If we are unable to reallocate your appointment, your fee will be refunded minus a £25 cancellation fee.
