This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking our services. Booking RequirementsEach booking is reserved for one individual client, which can be either a human or an animal.
DiscountsAny discounts ‘offered’ are 'totally' at the discretion of Centaur Therapies and will not automatically be applied to future bookings.
Please be aware that this is my sole income and how I live and feed myself and as such I will not be able to give discounts by request.
PaymentUpon agreeing to an appointment time, BACS details will be sent to you.
Your appointment slot will be reserved for 24 hours to allow time for payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be reallocated. You may also opt to pay by Paypal, but please be aware that there will be an additional fee is £3.50 added in order to cover Paypal fees.
Cancellation PolicyWe have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
To cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
If we are able to reallocate your appointment, your full fee will be refunded.
If we are unable to reallocate your appointment, your fee will be refunded minus a £25 cancellation fee.
