They assist in setting realistic and measurable goals, providing tools and strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.Mindful Mentoring encompasses various areas such as career development, relationships, health, personal growth, spiritual awareness of self and overall life satisfaction.
Unlike therapy, we mainly focuses on the present and future, emphasising personal growth and self-awareness. It encourages clients to take responsibility for their choices and actions, fostering empowerment and accountability.
